Move curser to next word
Ctrl+RightArrow moves your curser to beginning of next word. Ctrl+LeftArrow moves your curser to beginning of previous word.
Move curser to paragraph using keyboard
Ctrl+DownArrow moves your curser to beginning of next paragraph. Ctrl+UpArrow moves your curser to beginning of previous paragraph.
Move to beginning or end of document quickly
Ctrl+Home will move your curser to the beginning of the document and Ctrl+End to the last character.
