What is remote support?
Remote support allows you to initiate a secure remote session to one of our computers that will allow us to manipulate your computer as if we were sitting in front of it. As long as you have an active high speed internet connection we can do just about everything remotely that we could do sitting in front of your computer.
Is remote support secure?
Remote support is absolutely secure:
- The only way for us to access your computer is if you initiate the session. Once the current session is terminated we will no longer have any access to your machine.
- You can terminate the session at any time.
- Uses end-to-end 256 bit encryption – the same security levels used and trusted by major banking institutions.
