As an experienced Quality Manager in Industry before moving into Information Technology in the mid 80’s, Jon has extensive experience in Hardware / Software and Networking configuration. Being an engineer he can fault find and repair to board level. Jon has been training in Computers for some 17 years, specialising in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access, NT and also Windows based Server software (NT, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2011 SBS etc). Jon’s relaxed approach and understanding of modern office techniques brings an enjoyable and motivational appeal to his training.

Lindsay
Lindsay’s honours degree in Education has given her a solid foundation for teaching, applying her skills to IT. Her understanding of Networking techniques and Printer configuration allows her to obtain the perfect set-up for the working office. Lindsay’s expertise in configuration and design of case management means you can receive training with the confidence that you are being taught by one of the best trainers around. Lindsay became a Microsoft Certified Professional in 2005 and plans to continue her studies to achieve Microsoft Certified Trainer status.
