To create a copy of the data you’ve put on Facebook, click the cog icon at the top right of your profile page.
Select Account Settings. At the bottom of this page locate Download a copy of your Facebook data.
Click Start My Archive.
A pop up notification will advise that it could take some time. Obviously, the more data you have on Facebook the longer it will take.
When your archive is ready for download you will receive an email notification. Simply follow the link provided and download the zip file.
