Record your error

There is an application in Windows 7 that lets you record the error you have on your system so you can email this file to someone.  Especially useful if error difficult to explain verbally.

To open this program go to start, type PSR, then click on psr.exe to run.  Click on Start Record, re-create the steps that lead to the error.  Click Stop Record when finished.  Save the ZIP file, which can now be forwarded and examined by IT support or anyone you think may be able to help.
