These shortcuts tips are for desktop Outlook client, which often comes as part of the Microsoft Office suite.
I was inspired to write this post when I came across a useful shortcut I wasn’t aware of. You can save time and clicks when wanting to copy text straight into an Outlook item. To do this first copy the text you wish to use, then in Outlook press Ctrl+V, Outlook simultaneously creates a new message (or contact or whatever item, depending on the folder you’re viewing) with the text ready pasted.
